Bought tickets for a school event that got rescheduled due to weather. One of the people I bought a ticket for couldn’t make the new date. Tried to get a refund for that one ticket. You can only talk to a bot who continually says they have a strict no refund policy. Virtually impossible to get to an actual person to explain your situation. My only hope is that whoever runs gofan, in their personal life, has to deal with companies as garbage and unreasonable as they are.
