I like the PinPoint Rewards service, but the app really needs improvements. First, it’s been around for years and still doesn’t support Apple Wallet. This would be a huge convenience. Second, there are many usability issues within the app. The screen always rotates to landscape when showing the PinPoint barcode, but frequently gets stuck. The only way to resolve is to force close the app. There are also places where swiping right to return to a previous screen causes the app to get stuck on a white screen.
