App not working
We use this app routinely as a couple of our favorite places accept it. Today, we tried to open the app on two different devices as well as on the computer and we are only seeing the spinning wheel. We wonder if the app is no longer in existence?

Great idea; app needs refresh
Love the idea, but this app needs to be updated to make it usable. Simple things like saving or favoriting offers aren’t available. An alternative would be to allow for deleting offers under MyRewards that aren’t relevant. Additionally, adding more merchants would be great; it’s too limited right now. Great idea, poor app experience.

Solid deals, app needs work
I enjoy the deals and the businesses but the app seems a little outdated.
When scrolling the Pinpoint stores it’s too easy to click into a business you don’t want. When you go back it takes you back to the top of the list. This makes it frustrating when you are looking for a business towards the bottom of the alphabet.
The address of the business needs to be available. If I have to click onto the business to look for the address it takes me back to the tip of the list when I go back.

Mediocre app for a great service
I like the PinPoint Rewards service, but the app really needs improvements.
First, it’s been around for years and still doesn’t support Apple Wallet. This would be a huge convenience.
Second, there are many usability issues within the app. The screen always rotates to landscape when showing the PinPoint barcode, but frequently gets stuck. The only way to resolve is to force close the app. There are also places where swiping right to return to a previous screen causes the app to get stuck on a white screen. For example, in the My Rewards section, tap a merchant to show details, the swipe rig

Unable to use app Reward
Today, although I have a reward listed, the store said they could not use it because the entire UPC code does not show. The app needs corrected, so it can be used as stipulated.

This is a great concept for the app. I love the discounts. I just wish that it would stay logged in instead of logging out all the time. With the new update I can't even log in so that's great. Hoping this app works the next time I plan to use it!

You would have to have a screw loose not to LOVE this free app!! I can't believe how many great places and rewards are available with Pinpoint. I've tried places now that I never would have before. Foursquare is better
Takes 2 days to be able to use app. Won't let you search for places based on your current location. You have to search for a specific name of place using a zip code which you aren't capable of entering because there's no way to click there. So basically you have to be lucky enough that there's a place near you on the main screen or else you can't use the app. I will be deleting it and going back to foursquare- I highly recommend it.
