No cancellation option
Tried to schedule a large order pickup at a coffee store across the street. App got my location wrong and put me at a different location a couple of miles away. Tried to cancel immediately when I saw the location but you can only do it through chat and then a call by customer service rep. 15 mins later…The delay of waiting for a rep makes it impossible to cancel an order. By then they claimed the store had already started the order and all they could offer me was a discount on seamless plus. Tried to give me $7 credit. On an $80 order. Use DoorDash. Account cancelled.
