The last two orders I’ve placed through this app have been had major issues. The last order I placed had a door crash driver pick it up and not deliver it. They also didn’t flag it as picked up. Then three other drivers tried to pick it up and since the food was already gone there was nothing to get. Taco Bell refused to remake the order. Since Taco Bell no longer has a direct way to contact customer support I called door dash to try and get help. Door dash tried to cancel the order but it went through anyways even though the order says it was canceled and refunded. Now I’m having to do a char
