Bought a USA number from them with a yearly recurring subscription. They immediately charged my Apple ID balance, and added the number to my account. They didn't ask for ANY identity verification. They also offered calls and SMS with the number. Neither worked. Also, the number itself got flagged when I tried to use it to open an IM app account. And then they asked me for identity verification to unlock the number! Why didn't they ask for that verification - if it was necessary - before charging my account?
