I have used this apps runs a couple of times now and I love the concept. My only complaint is the first few levels were wayyyy to easy for me. I understand working your way up, but I wasn’t challenging myself at all. And this wouldn’t bother me if I was able to skip workouts until I found one that had at least a small challenge to it. Either way I am just gonna skip some of the walking intervals until I reach a harder level

I think that I can turn off my internet to get rid of all the ads and I like that you get out when you hit a block because it can teach you to try try try again.
