MFA options
When going to create my account, Toyota gives step by step instructions on how to create an account. The final step is linking your “hide my email” account which is set to forward emails to my primary account. The emails are not being delivered (I checked spam, promotions + every other folder).
There is no option to choose a different MFA, like text or call. You’re forced to use this singular channel + you can’t do anything if it’s not working.
Then there are no resources/options available on how to set it up differently + there’s no help line on the mobile site or the app. I would even tak
