I paid for 2 hours in cambridge. Upon trying to renew more time with 5 minutes remaining the app would not allow me to up my time. My colleague could do his just fine, and my other colleague was having the same issue. We were parked next to eachother. So after finishing lunch, as the timer expired, we went back to the cars, 3 minutes after expiration to a man giving us a ticket. After starting the conversation confrontational, we de-escalated the situation and I had video proof of the app acting up. We paid manually for 4 more hours. One cant help but feel like passport and the cities it works
