Drivers casually cancel rides, trollling passengers. Uber provide no compensation and even no notification. Screw it, not spending a single cent on such a poor customer service.

You're helpless if your driver decides to cancel an order, drives a wrong direction or simply keep you waiting for half an hour. Support isn't going to help you. That's a dangerous way to commute, avoid at all cost.

After an update the app stopped working and my access keys are not accessible any more. 🤷‍♂️ As always, Google ruins everything it touches.

Hotels.com ignores my request for more than two weeks. It's impossible to contact them over any means. It's just one big fraud.

Money are withdrawn from my bank account, but never made it to the transferwise account. Support is not helpful, redirecting me to my bank. The bank says transaction is successful. Well, my money are simply stolen. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I used Booking a lot, but lately I stumble a lot on fraud properties that doesn't match the description. Reservations got cancelled for no reason. Booking support completely helpless, and they even ignore letters and messages. I would recommend looking for more responsive provider.
