Have used My UPMC app almost from its creation. Honestly, it is simple, direct, visually easy to find and get to what might be needed at the time. I have used other med systems apps and absolutely they seem not to smoothly present possible connections, needs and when I did ask their IT for help, they did admit that they were having problems.
