The app constantly drops the shades. Helpfully it tells me “Error. Internal error.” I unplug the MyLink device and plug it back in. The device/app then work, but only once, then the error and the process repeats, endlessly. The layout and functionality of the app are subpar, design you would have seen 10 years ago.
