I have had the best experience with Today Tix customer service. On a holiday weekend I reached a sane, intelligent, competent person immediately . He rectified my issue quickly( I had bought tickets for the wrong date). I got to the point, he understood my problem, fixed it and done. Have a nice day. Oh and I shopped around for the tickets in the first place and they had the best price, lowest service fee for the same seats on other sites. I will only use Today Tix going forward no need to shop around.
