Worst Costumer Service
It’s a well made platform, but the workers behind the Department dealing with costumer service will try to steal your money by promising refunds and then refuse doing so by sending points.
The workers were so incompetent they had to change the employers talking to us 3 times, and all all of them took from 30 mins to 1 hour just to answer.
Even when they acknowledged the mistake was theirs they did nothing but show their incompetence.
It felt like talking to AI or someone that got their Degree during Covid.
