I used to prefer Talabat over the other delivery apps due to the simple and clear UI. The new redesign is a step in the wrong direction. It's too cluttered. The biggest issue I have is around the ETA of the delivery. Please show me the time my food will arrive instead of a duration that never changes. Do the maths for me. It also used to be that when the driver picked up the food you'd get an exact eta. Now all I get is a 15 min duration, like between 10-25min. The UI is very frustrating and the last thing I want to feel while waiting for food is frustration.
