I like the fact that the app is easy to use, everything is easily accessible, not spending a lot of time looking for icons that I need to input or seek information with. However it can be frustrating when the customer inputs the information they are needing help with incorrectly, causing me or other people to be charged for a lead that they can’t sell their services and turn into a job to! Too often I’m getting ‘leads’ where customers either don’t answer when I call in more than a timely manner, most times, within 5-20 minutes and don’t answer or are ‘just shopping around’.
