I've been having constant bad experiences while using this app, one after the other. It's either an endless search for a driver near me or a driver who, after accepting the fair, decides to move further away and text me "I'm too far". On top of that I just realised we’re being rated by the drivers, without our knowledge. I’ve successfully used this app less than 10 times this past year and somehow I’m being downvoted. I’m always polite and on time.

The app overall is very easy to use and has pretty nice features. But 4,99 or 9,99 per week is too much.
