Disappointed with the Passport app. The lack of Apple Pay support is a big miss in 2026 and makes payments less convenient than they should be. The interface also feels clunky — even something simple like fixing a mistake on a credit card entry is unnecessarily painful and time-consuming. On top of that, the added convenience fee just makes the experience worse. Overall, not user-friendly and not worth the extra cost.
