Terrible app. Wifi on board it’s the worst user experience ever. Flight got cancelled after being 3 hrs at the tarmac. Rebooking was horrible as I had to go in myself to the app. Horrible service. Not enough options. And this same flight today from Buenos Aires to NY also got cancelled yesterday. Was told that was faster to do just transport. Many of us did that yet there was nobody of Delta and we had to book our own transport again airport is upper far away. No indication of a refund anywhere. Delta reps said don’t even try calling. No one will pick up. Just use the QR code. Yeah right. Del
