I went through the process of setting up my ID so that I may be able to do my taxes for 2021 (last year). It is now July 4, 2022 and I still need to work on my taxes but for some reason I cannot go pass the self video it seems that it does not take my picture at all as a video but just a blurry colored cartoon like video that does not even look like me
