This is not a true app. The user experience does start with the appearance of a true integrated app, but when you select any option it merely opens a mobile web browser inside the app to work within. Load times are long and it’s hard to find information (like how many checked bags and carryons are allowed with your fare). It is ultimately an app that fronts for a slow mobile web browser. I’ve also yet to find a way to log out of the app, as I’ve selected the various menu options and have yet to find the option to do so.
