Most of the options are not user friendly. e.g In self billing what is lhs and rhs ? what is the purpose of having geo co-ordinates ? we must be able to generate bill by just uploading picture of meter in addition to taking picture. Support section says ticket closed but no resolution provided. Ticket was actioned after 5 months and closed without any resolution. don’t know how does Apple approves such app to be available in iOS store.
