I rarely write app reviews and would prefer only to write positive ones. I’ve left this app on my phone for more than a year in hopes that I’d simply downloaded it at a bad time and that fixes to make it usable would arrive. Despite several updates, core functionality remains out of reach. Creating an account took multiple attempts including trying to do so on their website in a desktop browser.
