I love FamilySearch, it’s provided me with so much information about my ancestors and has allowed me to upload my own memories. However, I hesitate to even open the app because after just a few minutes, it becomes unresponsive and shuts down. It makes my phone unusable for several minutes, I can’t get out of the app or even turn my phone off. The issue is not my personal phone, it’s always updated and I have had this issue across multiple devices when using the app. The website seems to work fine but I wish I could easily access my family tree on my phone without worrying about it freezing and
