When it works it works fine but at times it just won't. It will take a break for days on end, despite attempts to restart the phone, reboot the app or whatever. And then it appears again. My iPhone is quite new, has plenty of storage and general works fine work my other apps.

Good app function, but feedback and contact functions don't work. When "contact support" option is used and a full in my content and/or support questions, there's no button for sending it. I have extra users and cannot see how to delete them.

When I try to sign up, it asks meet to confirm my birthdate and when I do it says that I can't sign up at this time. And it keeps doing so.

Scanning from the mobile device can work but their computer software which is supposed to import onboard material to create new cards is horrible as is their support.
