App is so basic, it doesn’t provide option like block country codes or any extra settings!

I have spent last hour preparing a 5 min order because the app keeps CRASHING! It keeps kicking me out of the app, no error msg and it is almost every time I add a new item to the basket! Take this feedback in mind, I have removed an app that is similar to Talabt because of this dreadful experience!

Absolutely slow!!! The app is very slow and it seems it is not compatible with my phone! It keeps crashing and it is not user friendly; when I search for something it takes ages! And the menu of any restaurant is more expensive than another ‘faster, more convenient’ delivery app! I really wanted this to be my portal of ordering online rather than a German app, as this is Jordanian Arab app, but it seriously needs improvementS! And I have also subscribed with your monthly plan, but if the app will keep crashing and the offers are not like the other app, this would be my last month in the subs
