When I go to try to use my app, it is always broke. Somethings wrong with it all the time. Sorry something went wrong on our end and it’s funny. It always happens when it’s time to pay my bill which ends up making my bill late because I can’t get on the app to pay my bill And then conveniently I have to reset my password about four times and then after my bills late, I’m able to log back on
