UPDATE: I wrote to the developer of this app. They were quick to respond and fix the family share downloading. I have up the star rating to 5 stars. Best app for Direct TV I've used. I use it much more than the regular DTV remote. I really like this Direct TV remote. I don't have to have my phone in the exact right place for it to work like with the Direct TV remote. After initial setup, the app "just worked" like it's suppose to. Easy setup also. What makes this app 3 stars is the other person on my shared account can not download the app. They can see and download all other apps I have pu
