I just created an account and completed a transaction to send funds overseas. The transaction got cancelled and when I asked customer service I was told my account got suspended. They won’t tell me why. They keep instructing me to create a new account and I will be able to complete the transaction. I keep asking what was the reason for the suspension because I’m sure the same thing would happen again if I didn’t know what went wrong. Plus, I have to use a different email address to create another profile, but I don’t have another one that I regularly use so it’s guaranteed that I will lose tha
