One time I ordered from a restaurant and received a dessert that looked nothing like the picture. I complained to Wolt, but they only apologized and didn’t do anything about it, stating that it was the restaurant’s decision. However, even the staff agreed with me that the food I received was nothing like the restaurant’s photo. If this is how they handle issues, there’s no point in ordering from them. They could clearly see what was wrong but chose to do nothing about it. I’ve stopped ordering from them since then.
