I’ve spent hours trying to connect the Uniti Atom Headphone Edition. About 1 out of every 10 attempts, it will see the device, but the app fails to complete the setup.

I started trying to withdraw $3k on the Aug 14. After inquiring why the withdrawal didn’t happen, I was told by support that withdrawal functionality was undergoing maintenance and would be unavailable for 2 days. There was no announcement anywhere on the app regarding maintenance. I tried again last night, but the withdrawal didn’t happen then either. Support is now saying they require a 20% deposit ($600 USD) before they will allow me to withdraw my funds. This sounds like extortion. If they refuse to give me access to my money, they obviously can’t be trusted with even more of my money
