How can an airline app not allow redemptions on their official app, requiring a visit to the website to do so instead of directly on the app? Signing in with a membership number, app does not allow keychain to fill in usernames. Poor app execution over all.

Still spams me with push notifications for greenup nonsense even though I’ve had that disabled in the app.

Sold us tickets on a bus claiming there were no seat assignments and we could sit anywhere we liked. Turns out the bus DID HAVE seat assignments, and OMIO had no option to select seat assignments AT ALL. Had to move seats each time the bus made a stop to pick up more passengers, holding up the entire bus because of the narrow aisle. Finally ended up with separate seats at the end since we were never assigned any seats. Absolutely irresponsible.

So the game developer decides that players require no information on how the controls work. Just lazy.
