I pay for the app for work purposes so i dont have to give my personal cell to clients. For something that i pay for i feel it should be better quality. I can communicate through call and text, but call quality can be sub par. Along with that, it constantly shows notifications regardless of if they truly exist or not. I have to go in and continuously hit “mark all as read” even though there is nothing new. On top of that, in the box to type a new text i always have to clear it out of the last semt text. Its incredibly frustrating to the point Im looking into alternatives to get rid of this app
