Long time customer feeling weary
I really wish you guys would implement an “item not in stock” feature on the app. I’ve had several app orders where I get to the store and they’re just out of the item, which really is a bummer as I already am choosing to splurge on take out, I can’t afford to be paying for things I won’t even receive.. Also for the past several months now I’ve tried to order on the app and it just says “oops! There was a problem”. But the kicker is that it does still charge me- and eventually initiate an automatic refund (via my bank).. stressful regardless. I go to the store and ask, and they just shrug an
