I have to leave a review on the app because Turo “doesn’t allow guests with cancelations to leave reviews.” The app works fine, it’s the customer service department that’s horrendous. If I could leave zero stars I would, but I have to leave at least one. I had a car booked, I finished all of my paperwork and then they canceled my reservation because I “didn’t upload my license.” But I did scan my license and completed all of my other check-in tasks.
