I downloaded this app when I got 2 gift cards for Christmas. I entered both. I used one at the airport and it was working fine. Then suddenly the gift cards disappear. I look all over and can’t find them. I then realize I put in the wrong email, and try to fix it. But there is no option to do that. I log out, hoping to be able to solve my problem. Nothing works. I look up how to change the email on an account. It says what I tried to do. I then tried to log back in to the account, maybe I just missed it? Nope! It won’t let me log back in. I tried to chat with a live agent. It says after I wait
