While I do find this app very helpful to explore new dining spots and make reservations easy, I encountered a ruthless flaw in the app this morning. I have been on a ”notify me” waitlist for WEEKS to score a cancellation opening at a highly coveted location that is booked months in advance. The few notifications I got, even though I was able to run to the app to snag it, was gone within the 40 seconds I tried to grab the spot.
