I would assume that since I have my Apple Watch paired and connected with the app that it would automatically pull that data from my watch to give more useful information inside the app. But you have to start a run on your watch if you want it to use that data. If you start it on your phone then it has no clue your watch exists. I would think that starting a run from my phone would do the same thing. I would also assume that starting a run on my watch would in turn, turn my phone into a real time display of the data from my watch. But I can’t. I currently have to start a run in the app on my
