Use Uber Eats instead!! This app is useless. My 5 orders with this app have either had constant missing items, or not been delivered. After my last delivery didn’t arrive I received a notification it was delivered. But once the order is marked as delivered by the driver, there is NO OPTION in the McDonalds app to see previous orders or get through to customer support. You are forced to either a support line which took 90 mins to answer! And finally a refund and start again with Uber Eats direct on their app. Despite getting a receipt via email, phoning the restaurant direct doesn’t help either
