I’ve been using the app for 7 years and never cashed in on any points. They either expire, which I don’t think should ever even happen…or seem out of reach for anything good. I still use it a lot for the convenience of making a reservation. I just went on and all of my reservations are gone! Including one I made that it’s coming up in 2 weeks…GONE. There’s oddly only 2 old reservations showing from 2019 (I have made well over 50–100, including at least 3 in the past month. So all my points are gone too. It takes so long to accumulate points and now I have zero. There’s no one to talk to…they h
