If u order ahead of time why does it still takes on average 20 minutes to get your food ? My order is on the screen only 3 currently on the preparing yet 8 numbers before mine is being called …. And I get the queue in the drive through is so ridicules that it is queuing back to the traffic lights. Still no food to speak of… I love the the grumpy staff and customers. I get the hungry customers as they have waited a lot longer than me. 2 more orders on the board, still no food. Only 3 numbers according to the screen. But still people are before me now getting irate as thy orders have droppe
