We always travel Delta. Best and friendliest employees. However on October 7, we had a flight out at 6:50. Unfortunately we arrived five minutes (6:00) after check in. As you know very few flights go out of Albany, in fact this one was the only one until noon. The young man would not help us at all other than yelling we had to leave and come back later to rebook. The ladies in the security check suggested our luggage could be checked there and added but he refused. He was very rude ! Additional we had a connecting flight in Atlanta that we would be missing.
