Works most of the time. Sometimes Nexia can’t connect to the thermostat. Weak wifi reception at times when my phone connects fine. The interface for adjusting the schedule is touchy, sometimes requiring excessive scrolling or moving items that are very close to each other. It took me 20 minutes to make the first schedule. You can’t far the web interface, which is better. History of temps is limited; don’t expect enough data to do real analytics. If your HVAC vendor choose Nexia it’s not like you have a choice, but the app works well enough.
