I appreciate that they want us to download the app to communicate better with the fanbase, but listening to the show on the app is frustrating. It messes with my hotspot when I’m working remotely, it’ll randomly pause and I’ll have to find the episode again, and sometimes it just doesn’t load episodes (it’ll take a couple tries to get it going). It’s so much better using a podcast app to listen rather than this app. Hopefully in the future it’s a smoother experience.
