Waiting almost three hours now for an order that is stuck in being prepared and was supposed to take 30 min tops. Customer service bot replies irrelevant information and there is no way to know when it will arrive as the ETA keeps increasing. 700+ orders in the app. And that was my last one. Money gone and no order in the horizon. Thanks wolt for a "wonderful" service. Never had such a lousy experience anywhere. Hope for you to see my money for that order back

Your mobile app requires more work. Writing a comment navigates back in middle of writing. Looks like you didn't get SwiftUI mechanics proper.

Used Uber enough times to enjoy it until I found out my last trip I had to pay 50%! more on “busy” hours. A person from my group ordered Uber from the same area at the same time and was not charged extra. So discouraging and ruins the entire experience. Definitely not coming back.
