I have never even stayed at a sonder. But for some reason they continue to flag me every time I book a stay. They send me an email that I was flagged and they only book with people they are confident won’t violate house rules. They have no way to speak to a representative from the department that handles that issue. You can only “get help” via email. However the last time I responded via email laying out all the facts proving they have no reason to flag me and cancel my upcoming stay they ignored me and never responded. I am the only one of my friend group who cannot book her at the same time
