Convenient when it works, but has a Fatal Flaw
As many others have written here, when something goes wrong with an order it’s really a pain to get it resolved. On a couple occasions, I’ve placed a mobile order and gone to pick it up, to discover my order was missing something. The first time this happened in the store, and they gave me a refund at the register. The second time, I didn’t notice until I got home. There’s no “refund” button in the app, so I call the store and the response was “we’re really sorry but can’t refund things remotely. You can swing by and we’ll take care of it, or you can contact customer service.” I don’t want to
