As many others have written here, when something goes wrong with an order it’s really a pain to get it resolved. On a couple occasions, I’ve placed a mobile order and gone to pick it up, to discover my order was missing something. The first time this happened in the store, and they gave me a refund at the register. The second time, I didn’t notice until I got home. There’s no “refund” button in the app, so I call the store and the response was “we’re really sorry but can’t refund things remotely.
