This app has such potential but no support behind it. When it works, it’s amazing. The problem is it’s rarely able to stay connected to my children’s devices. I have been using the software for five years and constantly it works for a bit and then doesn’t work. Troubleshooting to try and reconnect my Childrens devices is one of the most frustrating things in my digital life. I have spent 20+ hours over the past few months fighting with this software trying to make it stay connected to their Apple devices and it just won’t. Support is fairly non-existent. No chat (only a bot that simply repeats
