For months I thought my old phone was finally giving out, but right after getting the latest update for Adblock Plus, I could no longer use Safari at all without it constantly crashing, freezing, and lagging out my entire device. This is when I finally realized Adblock Plus was the problem all along. I deleted it and my phone finally runs smoother again and I’m no longer having issues with Safari even after installing a different ad blocker. Do not recommend this app especially if you’re using an older device.
