I recently installed the App and am disappointed. Unlike many competitors I cannot maintain a deposit. Unlike many competitors when I look at the map of Florida I see 2 in the entire state and the closest one (Brooksville) does not show despite being on the list. I’ll stick to ordering in person.

Previous to the big format change it was a good system for finding purchased movies and tv shows. It would have been better if the viewer could categorize the movies as they see fit because some are miscagetorized but such are things. This new formatting to find movies and tv shows that we purchased can be a royal pain in the rump. The extra steps are unnecessary and appear to be designed to get us to buy more movies versus let is have more control over our purchasing… not like the Apple philosophy of the past.
